Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at outlin.shop, operated by SMART CLEANERS SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your travel document holders. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your travel document holder must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@outlin.shop. Please include the following information in your email: Order number, Proof of purchase, and the Reason for return (with clear photos if the product arrived damaged or defective).

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the shipping address on the package without prior authorization from our customer support team.

  1. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned travel document holder. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer policies. All refunds are processed strictly in USD.

  1. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items If your travel document holder arrived damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@outlin.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
